Privacy Policy
Last updated: 6 October 2026
This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit this website, send an enquiry or discuss a project with us.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The website owner is responsible for the personal data processing described in this policy. For questions about processing, use the contact details below.
For privacy questions or requests, email our email address or call +371 22 377 922.
2. Information we receive
- Enquiry details: your name, email, phone number, project type, budget range where provided, and the message you send us.
- Request information: the page from which you submitted the form, language, referring page where available, IP address, browser information, submission time and the record of your acknowledgement.
- Security information: the reCAPTCHA result, score and related verification details used to assess spam and automated requests.
- Website usage: with your analytics consent, information about visits and interactions, including contact form events and the selected project type or budget range.
- Correspondence: information you share when you email, call or discuss a project with us.
The contact form does not send your name, email, phone number or message text in its analytics events. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.
3. Why we use your information
- To respond to enquiries and prepare a project: we use your contact details and requirements to discuss your request, define the work and prepare a quote. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you, processing is based on those pre-contractual steps. For other business enquiries, it is based on our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence.
- To operate and protect the website: we use technical data and spam checks for our legitimate interest in maintaining a reliable service and protecting it from abuse.
- To understand website use: analytics is based on your consent. You can reject it or withdraw consent through Cookie settings.
- To meet legal requirements: records may be used where needed to comply with applicable obligations or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Fields marked as required are needed to submit the enquiry form. You can also contact us by email or phone. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
4. Cookies and external services
The website remembers your cookie preferences. Google Analytics is loaded through Google Tag Manager after you allow analytics. Google reCAPTCHA is loaded when you open the enquiry form to help assess automated activity. The site also requests fonts from Google Fonts, which can receive technical connection information such as your IP address.
Read our Cookie Policy for the cookie categories and settings. Google explains its handling of data in its Privacy Policy.
5. Who may receive information
Your enquiry is stored in our administration system and is available to the team members who handle it. We use service providers for website hosting, communications, analytics and security where those services are involved.
Enquiry notifications may be delivered to our team through Telegram, including contact details, the project description and spam-check information. Telegram describes its processing in its Privacy Policy. Authorities or professional advisers may receive information where disclosure is required by law or necessary for legal claims.
6. Processing outside your country
External providers, including Google and Telegram, may process data in countries outside your own, including outside the European Economic Area. Their processing locations and transfer arrangements are described in their privacy information. You can contact us for information about the providers and transfer arrangements relevant to your data.
7. How long information is kept
Enquiry and correspondence records are kept for as long as needed to respond, discuss the proposed work and maintain relevant follow-up. If an enquiry becomes a project, relevant information forms part of the project record.
Retention depends on the status of the enquiry or project, ongoing support, applicable record-keeping obligations and whether information is needed for a legal claim. Technical and security records are kept according to their operational purpose. Cookie lifetimes are described in the Cookie Policy; they are separate from the retention of information collected by external services.
8. Your choices and rights
Where the GDPR applies, you can request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or portability where applicable. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. These rights depend on the circumstances and applicable legal requirements.
You can withdraw analytics consent at any time through Cookie settings. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. For other requests, email our email address; we may need information to verify your identity.
You may lodge a complaint with a data protection authority where you live, work or believe an infringement occurred.
9. Automated spam assessment
reCAPTCHA helps assess whether a request may be automated. Verification can reject invalid requests or flag an enquiry as possible spam for review. We do not use this assessment to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when website features or data practices change. The date above identifies the latest version. If you have questions, contact our email address.
